Fast Train
Welcome to Fast Train, the provider of tailor-made training courses for people working
in specialist sectors of the sandwich industry.
Set up in collaboration with The British Sandwich Association (BSA), Fast Train
has brought together some of the leading technologists and human resources specialists
from the industry to develop courses for people working in the sandwich environment.
The first course to be launched - The BSA Sandwich Production (Manufacturing) New
Starter Level Hygiene & Safety Course – aims to provide basic training for all
those involved in making sandwiches in a factory environment.
The course, which has been developed in consultation with the industry, is fully
certificated by the British Sandwich Association and is delivered entirely via the
web in order to keep costs to a minimum. Furthermore, the course is supported by
a sophisticated program which allows managers to monitor and log course results
in order to satisfy ‘due diligence’ requirements.
Additional courses are being developed by Fast Train, and will be added to this
programme in the future.
