Fast Train
Welcome to Fast Train, the provider of tailor-made training courses for people working
in specialist sectors of the sandwich industry.
Set up in collaboration with The British Sandwich Association (BSA), Fast Train has brought together some of the leading technologists and human resources specialists from the industry to develop courses for people working in the sandwich environment.
There are currently two courses available providing Starter Level Hygiene and Safety training for people working both in sandwich manufacturing and foodservice (catering/sandwich bar) environments.
Each course has been developed in consultation with the industry and they are both fully certificated by the British Sandwich Association and delivered entirely via the web in order to keep costs to a minimum. Furthermore, the courses are supported by a sophisticated program which allows managers to monitor and log course results in order to satisfy ‘due diligence’ requirements.
